1993-1995 Studies at the Ballet School of the
Rome Opera. Participant in a number of performances including: “Graduation
balls”, “Napoli”, “Fellini” and “Romeo and Juliet” choreographed by John
Cranko, Floris Alexander, David Lichine and Micha Van Hoecke. Participant
at the Spoleto Festival.
1996-1999 Studies at the La Scala Ballet School. Professional Ballet Diploma
attained on June 1999.
Solo roles performed with the school on the La Scala main stage include:
“Class Ballet” (chor. Mikhail Messerer), “Carro Fantastico” (chor. Luciano
Cannito), “Eine Kleine Nacht Musik” (chor. Anna Maria Prina), “Gioconda”
(chor. Derek Deane) and “Games” (chor. Fabrizio Monteverde). Performances
with the La Scala Theatre Ballet Company include: “Nutcracker” (chor. Rudolf
Nureyev), “The sleeping Beauty” (chor. Rudolf Nureyev), “Les six dances
de Chabrier (chor. Roland Petit), “Romeo and Juliet” (chor. Kenneth McMillan),
“Bayadere” (chor. Natalia Makarova), “Giselle” (chor. Patrice Bart) and
“Don Quichotte” (chor. Rudolf Nureyev). In 1998 toured to Madrid with Balletto
di Sicilia of Roberto Zappalà.
Teachers: Elisabetta Terabust, Floris Alexander, Victor Litinov, Gabriel
Popescu, Denis Ganjo, Robert Strajner, Margarita Smirnova, Tiit Harm and
Philippe Beamish.
